DLF announced on Monday that Competition Appellate Tribunal (COMPAT) has pronounced the order today upholding Rs 6.30 billion order of Competition Commission of India (CCI).
"The company is yet to examine the detailed order. Therefore, the company at this stage will not be in a position to make any further comments," it said.
''The company shall be challenging the said order passed by the COMPAT in the Supreme Court for which COMPAT has given us 60 days time,'' it said.
''The company wishes to point out that it has successfully delivered Park Place, Belaire and Magnolia projects which were the subject matter of the above appeals,'' it said.
''The company has respected in true letter and spirit the customer commitments made by it," it said.
In testament thereof, out of over 2600 total number of apartments, over 2200 have been handed over, and over 1800 number of families are already residing therein, it said.
Shares of the company gained Rs 12.8, or 7.54%, to settle at Rs 182.45. The total volume of shares traded was 2,784,933 at the BSE (Monday).
