JSW Steel, an integrated steel manufacturer, has reported a growth of 14% in crude steel production to 9.90 lakh tons for April 2014.
 
Production of rolled products-flat during the month was at 7.76 lakh tons, witnessing a rise of 14% over last year period.
 
Production of rolled products-long increased by 28% to 1.64 lakhs tons.

Shares of the company gained Rs 67.25, or 5.71%, to settle at Rs 1,244.15. The total volume of shares traded was 131,447 at the BSE (Monday).
