SSPDL announced that as per the share purchase agreement entered into with lnterserve Holdings, UK, the company has acquired entire equity stake i.e., 6,86,000 equity shares of Rs 1 each, held by lnterserve Holdings in SSPDL Interserve  (subsidiary of SSPDL) on May 16, 2014.

With this acquisition, SSPDL Interserve has become a 100% subsidiary of the company.

Shares of the company gained Rs 0.15, or 1.15%, to trade at Rs 13.15. The total volume of shares traded was 100 at the BSE (11.43 a.m., Monday).
