ICICI Bank said that the bank has allotted 65,730 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each on May 12, 2014 under the Employees Stock Option Scheme, 2000 (ESOS).

The stock had underperformed the market over the past one month till May. 12, 2014, falling 13.77% compared with the Sensex's 4.07% rise. It underperformed the market in past one quarter, gaining 0.80% as against 15.17% rise in the Sensex.

Shares of the bank gained Rs 3.4, or 0.24%, to settle at Rs 1,402.65. The total volume of shares traded was 317,950 at the BSE (Tuesday).
