Mphasis said that Ganesh Murthy, chief financial officer, has tendered his resignation from the services of the company and will be relieved effective the closing hours of Jun. 03, 2014.

V Suryanarayanan, senior vice president, will be the interim chief financial officer.

Shares of the company declined Rs 7, or 1.74%, to trade at Rs 396.40. The total volume of shares traded was 1,969 at the BSE (11.38 a.m., Friday).
