Sita Shree Food Products surged on Friday after the company successfully started commercial production of oil refinery plant, lecithin plant, acid oil plant and fatty acid plant at Barlai Jagir nearby Dewas district in Madhya Pradesh on May 8, 2014.
Shares of the company are trading at Rs 7.21, up Rs 0.34, or 4.95% at the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on Friday at 10:41 a.m.
The scrip has touched an intra-day high of Rs 7.21 and low of Rs 6.53. The total volume of shares traded at the BSE is 3,100.
In the earlier session, the shares gained 4.89%, or Rs 0.32, at Rs 6.87. Currently, the stock is trading down 17.22% from its 52-week high of Rs 8.71 and above 111.44% over the 52-week low of Rs 3.41.
