Sun Pharma Advanced Research Company announced appointment of Anil Raghavan as the chief executive officer (CEO) of the company with immediate effect.

Further the company has informed that T. Rajamannar, whole time director of the company has now ceased to be the whole time director and he shall now act as a non-executive director of the company with immediate effect.

Shares of the company gained Rs 1.4, or 0.91%, to settle at Rs 155.10. The total volume of shares traded was 256,866 at the BSE (Wednesday).
