Wendt (India) disclosed a sharp rise in standalone net profit for the quarter ended March 2014. During the quarter, the profit of the company rose 2.05 times to Rs 45.00 million from Rs 21.90 million in the same quarter previous year.
Net sales for the quarter rose 18.07% to Rs 260.00 million, compared with Rs 220 million for the prior year period.
Earnings per share for the quarter stood at Rs 22.49, registering 2.06 times growth over previous year period.
