Reliance Jio Infocomm (Reliance Jio) and ATC India, one of the leading independent tower companies in India, today signed a tower sharing agreement.

Under the agreement, Reliance Jio would utilize the telecom tower infrastructure of ATC India to launch its services across the country. ATC has a portfolio of 11,000 towers in India.

Shares of the company gained Rs 0.8, or 0.08%, to trade at Rs 959.55. The total volume of shares traded was 70,797 at the BSE (9.34 a.m., Monday).
