ICICI Bank announced on Monday that the bank has allotted 13,208 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each under the Employees Stock Option Scheme, 2000 (ESOS).

The stock had underperformed the market over the past one month till Apr. 17, 2014, falling 13.77% compared with the Sensex's 3.76% rise.

It underperformed the market in past one quarter, gaining 0.80% as against 7.43% rise in the Sensex.

Shares of the bank gained Rs 7.8, or 0.62%, to trade at Rs 1,269.80. The total volume of shares traded was 11,467 at the BSE (9.29 a.m., Monday).
