Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) have reduced shareholding in Wockhardt, one of the leading pharmaceutical and biotechnology company.
FIIs shareholding decreased 115 bps to 3.71% at the end of March 2014 quarter from 4.86% as on Dec. 31, 2013.
On the other hand, domestic institutional investors' (DIIs) shareholding went up to 4.12% at the end of March 2014 quarter from 3.39% as on Dec. 31, 2013.
Under DIIs, mutual funds / UTI held maximum stake of 2.27%, followed by financial institutions / banks (1.84% stake) and Insurance companies (0.01% stake).
Meanwhile, promoter and promoter group shareholding was unchanged at 74.70% at the end of March 2014 quarter.
Shares of the company gained Rs 8.2, or 1.33%, to settle at Rs 625.80. The total volume of shares traded was 187,393 at the BSE (Thursday).
