Indusind Bank, the private sector lender, announced that the bank has allotted 3,57,930 equity shares of Rs 10 each to those grantees who had exercised their option under the company's employee stock option scheme.

The said shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of the company in all respect.

Shares of the bank gained Rs 12.8, or 2.63%, to trade at Rs 500. The total volume of shares traded was 190,533 at the BSE (2.37 p.m., Thursday).
