Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) have reduced shareholding in Colgate-Palmolive. FIIs shareholding decreased 4 basis points to 19.97% at the end of March 2014 quarter from 20.01% as on Dec. 31, 2013.
On the other hand, domestic institutional investors' (DIIs) shareholding went up to 6.97% at the end of March 2014 quarter from 6.54% as on Dec. 31, 2013.
Under DIIs, Insurance companies held maximum stake of 5.40%, followed by mutual funds / UTI (1.30% stake), central government / state government (0.14% stake) and financial institutions / banks (0.13% stake).
Meanwhile, promoter and promoter group shareholding was unchanged at 51% at the end of March 2014 quarter.
