Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) have raised shareholding in Titan Company, the manufacturer of watches, jewellery and sunglasses. FIIs shareholding increased 11 basis points to 21.69% at the end of March 2014 quarter from 21.58% as on Dec. 31, 2013.
On the other hand, domestic institutional investors' (DIIs) shareholding also went up to 2.42% at the end of March 2014 quarter from 1.97% as on Dec. 31, 2013.
Under DIIs, mutual funds / UTI held maximum stake of 1.56%, followed by insurance companies (0.79% stake), and financial institutions/banks (0.07% stake).
Meanwhile, promoter and promoter group shareholding was unchanged at 53.05% at the end of March 2014 quarter.
