CRISIL announced that the company has alloted 306,250 equity shares of Rs 1 each to the employees pursuant to their exercising the stock options granted to them under the Employees Stock Option Scheme (ESOS) - 2011 (ESOS - 2011).

The shares have been issued at a price of Rs 579.88 per share, consequent to the sub-division of nominal face value of equity shares from Rs 10 a share to Rs 1 a share.

The company also allotted 2,890 equity shares of Rs 1 each to the employees pursuant to their exercising the stock options granted to them under the Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2012 (ESOS - 2012). The shares have been issued at a price of Rs 1,060 a share.

Shares of the company gained Rs 17.9, or 1.48%, to trade at Rs 1,231. The total volume of shares traded was 425 at the BSE (12.11 p.m., Thursday).
