Dollar-rupee futures declined in early trade on Thursday. USDINR March contract was trading went down by 8 paise, or 0.13% at 60.41 as at 9.34 a.m. as against previous close of 60.49.
ICICIdirect expects the US dollar to meet resistance on rallies against the INR. ''Utilise rallies in the USD/INR April contract to sell below 60.59-60.69 with 60.45-60.34 and a stop loss of 60.77.''
Swastika Investmart said, ''As seen on the daily chart, USDINR has bounced upwards from the support at 60.35. The counter faces a minor resistance at 60.60 and will move upside till the 60.85 levels if it crosses the resistance. On the downside, weakness is only expected below 60.30. Momentum indicators are currently positively biased for the counter.''
