NCC, a construction company, continued to gain on Thursday after the company's board of directors approved raising of funds upto an amount of Rs 6.50 billion through rights issue of equity shares to the existing members.
The board had also accorded in principle approval for increasing the authorized share capital from Rs 600 million to Rs 1.50 billion.
Shares of the company are trading at Rs 43.30, up Rs 1.55, or 3.71% at the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on Thursday at 11:21 a.m.
The scrip has touched an intra-day high of Rs 43.95 and low of Rs 41.85. The total volume of shares traded at the BSE is 408,235.
In the earlier session, the shares climbed 9.58%, or Rs 3.65, at Rs 41.75. Currently, the stock is trading all time 52-week high, which is above 161.63% over the 52-week low of Rs 16.55.
