IIFL Holdings announced that its compensation committee of the board of directors has allotted 1,00,000 equity shares to the eligible employee upon exercise of stock options under Employee Stock Option Schemes (ESOS).

Upon allotment, the equity base of the company stand increased from 297 million equity shares to 297 million equity shares of Rs 2 each.

Shares of the company gained Rs 1.6, or 2.13%, to settle at Rs 76.75. The total volume of shares traded was 2,302 at the BSE (Monday).
