United Bank of India (UBI) has announced that Sanjay Kumar, general manager has been designated as the CFO of the bank in place of V. Sundaresan, general manager.

The stock had underperformed the market over the past one month till Apr. 04, 2014, falling 19.74% compared with the Sensex's 5.42% rise.

It underperformed the market in past one quarter, declining 14.14% as against 7.23% rise in the Sensex.

Shares of the company declined Rs 0.15, or 0.48%, to settle at Rs 30.90. The total volume of shares traded was 37,258 at the BSE (Monday).
