Unitech shares gained after the company announced that the company and Unitech Corp Park (UCP) are in talks to sell 6 Indian IT parks to an institutional buyer.
Unitech has 40% stake in the IT parks and has said that it has been approached by a third party for its stake in Candor Investment- the IT parks.
Shares of the company are trading at Rs 14.48, up Rs 0.15, or 1.05% at the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on Thursday at 1:36 p.m.
The scrip has touched an intra-day high of Rs 15.26 and low of Rs 13.99. The total volume of shares traded at the BSE is 9,273,607.
In the earlier session, the shares climbed 5.91%, or Rs 0.8, at Rs 14.33.
Currently, the stock is trading down 54.03% from its 52-week high of Rs 31.50 and above 33.33% over the 52-week low of Rs 10.86.
