Axis Bank said that the board of directors has passed a resolution approving the allotment of senior notes aggregating to USD 30,600,000 under the MTN programme through its Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) branch.

Shares of the bank declined Rs 6.30, or 0.43%, to settle at Rs 1,462.50 at the BSE (Wednesday).
