Firstsource Solutions said that the company has allotted 3,57,500 equity shares of Rs 10 each under Employee Stock Option Scheme 2003.

Consequent to the said allotment, the paid up capital of the company has increased to Rs 6.59 billion consisting of 6.59 billion equity shares of Rs 10 each.

Shares of the company gained Rs 1.4, or 5.56%, to settle at Rs 26.60. The total volume of shares traded was 684,268 at the BSE (Tuesday).
