Reliance Power (RPower), Anil Ambani led company engaged in development and operation of power projects, announced that the Butibori Power Plant (2x300 MW) developed by Vidarbha Industries Power, a subsidiary of the company is fully operational.

The plant has commenced supplies under the long-term power purchase agreement for 25 years with Reliance Infrastructure-Mumbai distribution licensee.

Shares of the company declined Rs 0.25, or 0.36%, to settle at Rs 70.10. The total volume of shares traded was 1,796,032 at the BSE (Tuesday).
