Religare Institutional Research expects divergent growth from Indian IT in Q4FY14 with USD revenues growing in the range of -0.3% to +3% QoQ for large players.
''TCS and HCL Technologies are likely to be in the top quartile, while Wipro's growth is expected to converge with that of peers. Margins are broadly expected to be stable, though other income will be hit by translation losses due to rupee appreciation towards the quarter-end,'' said Religare.
''Guidance for the year and demand commentary will be the key factors to watch during the results. We remain positive on the IT space and maintain our preference for large-caps over mid-caps,'' it opined.
