MindTree, IT solutions and product engineering services company, announced that it has allotted 35,000 quity shares of Rs 560 each fully paid, on Mar. 29, 2014 to directors of the company pursuant to exercise of stock options granted to under the Director's Stock Option Plan 2006.

''We have sent the intimation to the depositories for giving credit of the above referred shares issued under DSOP 2006,'' the company said.

Shares of the company declined Rs 37, or 2.73%, to trade at Rs 1,318.40. The total volume of shares traded was 4,620 at the BSE (1.16 p.m., Monday).
