Godrej Properties shares gained on Friday after the company has entered into a partnership with SSPDL Green Acres to develop a residential project at Padur, Old Mahabalipuram Road (OMR), near Siruseri IT Park, in Chennai.

The proposed project, spread over 7 acres, will offer approximately 93,000 square meters (1 million sq. ft.) of saleable area and will be developed as a housing residential development comprising 1, 2 & 3 BHK apartments.

Shares of the company are trading at Rs 195.75, up Rs 4.15, or 2.17% at the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on Friday at 10:32 a.m.

The scrip has touched an intra-day high of Rs 197.90 and low of Rs 193.25. The total volume of shares traded at the BSE is 41,621.

In the earlier session, the shares gained 2.68%, or Rs 5, at Rs 191.60.

Currently, the stock is trading down 34.04% from its 52-week high of Rs 296.75 and above 27.19% over the 52-week low of Rs 153.90.
