Triveni Turbine announced that the allotment committee of the board of directors of the company had allotted 64,400 equity share of Rs 1 each of the company to an eligible employee on exercise of stock options under 'Triveni Turbine New Stock Option Scheme (NSOS).'

With the aforesaid allotment, the issued, subscribed and paid-up equity share capital of the company stands increased from Rs 32,98,80,150 divided into 32,98,80,150 equity shares of Rs 1 each to Rs 32,99,44,550 dividend into 32,99,44,550 equity shares of Rs 1 each.

Shares of the company gained Rs 0.2, or 0.29%, to settle at Rs 70. The total volume of shares traded was 5,081,652 at the BSE (Wednesday).
