Infosys, one of the India's leading software exporters, said that a meeting of the board of directors will be held on Apr. 15, 2014 to consider the audited financial results of the company for the quarter and year ending Mar. 31, 2014.

Also, the board wil consider the recommendation of a final dividend, if any, for the financial year ending Mar. 31, 2014. 

Shares of the company gained Rs 9.1, or 0.28%, to trade at Rs 3,260.70. The total volume of shares traded was 18,370 at the BSE (12.27 p.m., Wednesday).
