The international crude oil price of Indian Basket went up 0.92% to USD 104.74 a barrel (bbl) on Mar. 21, 2014. This was higher than the price of USD 103.79 a bbl on previous trading day of Mar. 20, 2014.

In rupee terms, price of Indian Basket increased marginally to Rs 6,394.38 a bbl on Mar. 21, 2014 as compared to Rs 6,344.68 a bbl on Mar. 20, 2014. This was due to increase in price in dollar terms rupee depreciation.

Rupee closed stronger at Rs 61.05 a USD on Mar. 21, 2014 as against Rs 61.13 a USD on previous trading of Mar. 20, 2014.
