Colgate Palmolive (India) announced that its board of directors will meet on Mar. 27, 2014, to consider and declare the third interim dividend for the financial year 2013-14.

Further the company said that the trading window will remain closed from Mar. 19, 2014 till the declaration of annual financial results for FY 2013-14 of the company and the said window shall open only 24 hours after the same is made public.

Shares of the company gained Rs 5.7, or 0.43%, to trade at Rs 1,324. The total volume of shares traded was 2,435 at the BSE (12.10 p.m., Wednesday).
