ICICI Bank, India's largest private sector bank, announced that the bank has allotted 100,115 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each on Mar. 18, 2014 under the Employees Stack Option Scheme, 2000 (ESOS).

The stock had underperformed the market over the past one month till Mar. 18, 2014, falling 13.77% compared with the Sensex's 5.81% rise. It underperformed the market in past one quarter, gaining 0.80% as against 4.66% rise in the Sensex.

Shares of the bank gained Rs 14.6, or 1.21%, to trade at Rs 1,219.40. The total volume of shares traded was 61,588 at the BSE (10.59 a.m., Wednesday).
