Ashoka Buildcon has executed a concession agreement with the chief project officer, Karnataka state highways improvement project engaged by Government of Karnataka.
The project is to design, build, finance, operate, maintain and transfer the existing state highway from Mudhol to Maharashtra border in the state of Karnataka on DBFOMT annuity basis.
The stock had underperformed the market over the past one month till Mar. 14, 2014, falling 12.40% compared with the Sensex's 7.08% rise. It underperformed the market in past one quarter, declining 9.29% as against 5.28% rise in the Sensex.
