Amtek India announced that the company has successfully completed the transaction and acquired the Germany based Kuepper Group through its 100% step down subsidiary Amtek Kuepper GmBH.

Kuepper Group is engaged in the business of iron, aluminium casting and integrated machining having 5 manufacturing facilities across Germany and Hungary.

Shares of the company gained Rs 1.45, or 2.28%, to settle at Rs 65. The total volume of shares traded was 38,375 at the BSE (Friday).
