Winsome Textile Industries announced that its board of directors has approved for closure of Winsome Textile Industries FZE, a wholly subsidiary of the company, at United Arab Emirates.

Shares of the company gained Rs 0.25, or 0.5%, to settle at Rs 50.75. The total volume of shares traded was 28,001 at the BSE (Friday).
