NIIT Technologies, an IT solutions organization, announced that the ESOP share allotment committee of the company has allotted 34,442 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each in accordance with the terms of ESOP 2005, on Mar. 14, 2014.

Consequent to the said allotment, the paid up share capital of the company has gone up to 60,701,174 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each aggregating to Rs 607,011,740.

Shares of the company declined Rs 0.95, or 0.24%, to settle at Rs 400.75. The total volume of shares traded was 15,692 at the BSE (Friday).
