Gujarat Automotive Gears said on Friday that its board of directors will meet on Mar. 18, 2014, to consider and approve working capital with facilities with State Bank of India, Chandigarh.

The board will also consider and approve working capital with facilities with Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI), Chandigarh.

The board will approve the remuneration of managing director and consider the transaction for inter company.

Shares of the company declined Rs 7.7, or 3.76%, to settle at Rs 197.30. The total volume of shares traded was 6,705 at the BSE (Friday).
