HOV Services announced that its board of directors has allotted 8,500 equity shares of Rs 10 each, under the HOVS ESOP Plan 2007.

Consequently after the above allotment, the paid up share capital of the company has gone up from 12,491,022 equity shares of Rs 10 each aggregating to Rs 124,910,220 to 12,499,522 equity shares of Rs 10 each aggregating to Rs 124,995,220.

Shares of the company gained Rs 2.3, or 2.76%, to settle at Rs 85.65. The total volume of shares traded was 9,374 at the BSE (Friday).
