Gruh Finance said that the company has allotted 3,21,270 equity shares of Rs 2 each pursuant to exercise of stock options by certain employees/directors on Mar. 12, 2014.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the company would stand at Rs 36,02,62,300 consisting 18,01,31,150 equity shares of Rs 2 each.

Shares of the company declined Rs 0.1, or 0.04%, to trade at Rs 273. The total volume of shares traded was 1,001 at the BSE (12.53 p.m., Thursday).
