SpiceJet, a budget airline, said that it has allotted 64 million warrants, having option to apply for and allotted equivalent number of equity shares of the face value of Rs 10 each at a premium of Rs 10.76 to promoters on preferential basis.

Kal Airways has been allotted 45 million warrants and Kalanithi Maran has been allotted 19 million warrant.

Shares of the company gained Rs 0.47, or 3.32%, to trade at Rs 14.61. The total volume of shares traded was 4,547,050 at the BSE (Wednesday).
