ICICI Bank said that the bank has allotted 26,440 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each on Mar. 10, 2014 under the Employees Stock Option Scheme, 2000 (ESOS).

The stock had underperformed the market over the past one month till Mar. 11, 2014, falling 13.77% compared with the Sensex's 7.18% rise. It underperformed the market in past one quarter, gaining 0.80% as against 3.09% rise in the Sensex.

Shares of the bank gained Rs 12.55, or 1.05%, to trade at Rs 1,211. The total volume of shares traded was 345,922 at the BSE (3.26 p.m., Wednesday).
