Bharti Infratel announced that its committee of directors has approved allotment of 8,072 equity shares of Rs 10 each to the employees on exercise of stock options under Employees Stock Option Plan 2008 (ESOP Scheme 2008).

Consequent to such allotment, the issued, subscribed and paid-up share capital of the company has increased Rs 18,889,346,220.

Shares of the company declined Rs 3.25, or 1.54%, to settle at Rs 208.05. The total volume of shares traded was 36,735 at the BSE (Tuesday).
