Star Ferro and Cement announced that the board of directors of the company has declared an interim dividend of paise 33 an equity share of Rs 1 each fully paid up (i.e. 33%) for the financial year 2013-14.

The interim dividend will be paid to the shareholders of the company on and from Mar. 22, 2014.

Shares of the company gained Rs 22.5, to trade at Rs 22.50. The total volume of shares traded was 2,006 at the BSE (1.18 p.m., Tuesday).
