Bhartiya International (Bhartiya), fashion apparel company, announced that Sasi Madathil has resigned as the Group CEO of Bhartiya Group with effect from the close of business hours on Feb. 28, 2014.

The stock had underperformed the market over the past one month till Mar. 07, 2014, falling 9.14% compared with the Sensex's 7.57% rise. It underperformed the market in past one quarter, gaining 0.34% as against 4.40% rise in the Sensex.

Shares of the company gained Rs 3.8, or 1.94%, to settle at Rs 199.70. The total volume of shares traded was 19,314 at the BSE (Monday).
