City Union Bank announced the opening of new branch in Unaiyur in Pudukkottai district.

The stock had underperformed the market over the past one month till Mar. 06, 2014, falling 0.72% compared with the Sensex's 5.92% rise. It outperformed the market in past one quarter, gaining 6.83% as against 2.46% rise in the Sensex.

Shares of the company settled Rs 0.4, or 0.82%, to trade at Rs 49.25. The total volume of shares traded was 65,503 at the BSE (Friday).
