The international crude oil price of Indian Basket fell 1.03% to USD 105.20 a barrel (bbl) on Mar. 6, 2014. This was lower than the price of USD 106.30 a bbl on previous trading day of of Mar. 5, 2014.
 
In rupee terms also the crude oil of price Indian Basket went declined to Rs 6,450.86 a bbl on Mar. 6, 2014 as compared to Rs 6,575.72  a bbl on Mar. 5, 2014. This was due to decline in price in dollar terms and helped by the marginal rupee appreciation.

Rupee closed stronger at Rs 61.32/USD on Mar. 6, 2014 against Rs 61.86/USD on Mar. 5, 2014.
