Merrill Lynch Capital Markets Espana SA SV has divested 3.18% stake in the company for Rs 87.21 million. It has sold 5.01 million shares at a price of Rs 17.41.

Shares of the company declined Rs 0.05, or 0.27%, to trade at Rs 18.75. The total volume of shares traded was 46,250 at the BSE (11.38 a.m., Thursday).
