ICICI Bank, India's largest private sector bank, announced that the bank has allotted 14,165 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each on Feb. 24, 2014 under the Employees Stock Option Scheme, 2000 (ESOS).

The stock had underperformed the market over the past one month till Feb. 25, 2014, falling 13.77% compared with the Sensex's 1.33% decline. It underperformed the market in past one quarter, gaining 0.80% as against 1.20% rise in the Sensex.

Shares of the bank declined Rs 0.2, or 0.02%, to trade at Rs 1,030.50. The total volume of shares traded was 24,657 at the BSE (11.08 a.m., Wednesday).
