Adani Power, arm of Indian business conglomerate Adani Group, gained on Monday after Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (CERC) decided the methodology for determination of compensatory tariff for Adani Power 4,620 MW Mundra Thermal Power Plant, in continuation to its previous order of April 2013.
This order will facilitate in sustaining operations at Mundra and enable us to continue honouring PPS commitments.
Shares of the company are trading at Rs 36.95 up Rs 0.50, or 1.37% at the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on Monday at 11.45 a.m.
The scrip has touched an intra-day high of Rs 38.35 and low of Rs 36.55.
