Sadbhav Engineering, an engineering construction company, has received the Letter of Award (LoA) worth Rs 7.37 billion for design, build, finance, operate, maintain & transfer the existing state highway (SH33 & SH3) from Malavalli to Pavagada (approx length of 193.34 KMS) on DBFOMT annuity basis in the state of Karnataka (WAP-1).

The contract period is 10 years including contraction periods of 30 months from appointed date.
  
Shares of the company gained Rs 0.45, or 0.53%, to trade at Rs 85.70 at the BSE (1.05 p.m., Monday).
