L&T Electrical & Automation has indigenously designed and developed complete solution for final power distribution for the fast growing building segment.

These devices, called the AU-Series, are used at the last point of electrical power distribution before connecting gadgets and appliances.

Speaking about its availability in the market, senior vice president & head of L&T Electrical & Automation, S. C. Bhargava, said, ''Our five decades of R&D experience has resulted in largely developing products for the industry segment that helped us stay ahead of competition. The AU-Series will now offer comprehensive solution to both Indian and international markets. Its unique value proposition along with our reach and distribution channel should help us gain leadership position in this segment of the market. We shall start marketing early next financial year.''

Shares of the company gained Rs 11.3, or 1.13%, to settle at Rs 1,011.30. The total volume of shares traded was 130,424 at the BSE (Tuesday).
